White Negroni

A lighter, bright Negroni variation perfect for golden hour.

Known as a great summer switch up from your classic Negroni order, this cocktail has evolved to belong in a modern classic go to. A traditional build consisting of Suze, a gentian bitter liqueur & Lillet Blanc a vermouth aperitif. We center our recipe with Italian substitutes, Antico Noveis bitter bianco liqueur & Oscar 697’s a Trebbiano wine base backed by flavors of bergamot, elderflower and citrus.

White Negroni Recipe

1.5 oz Gin

.75 oz Antico Noveis Bitter Bianco

.75 oz Oscar 697 Bianco Vermouth

Add all ingredients to a yari glass, stir and strain into a rocks glass over a big cube or up in a coupe. Lemon swath garnish.
