Two things that ladies love, sweetness from fruit puree & pear forward bubbles from Prosecco. Peach or White peach is the puree of a classic build, but the puree possibilities are endless. Choose the fruit of your liking.

1.5 oz White peach puree

Prosecco to the top.

Build in a champagne flute or coupe whichever you prefer. Puree first, and top with prosecco. Your garnish can be creative based off your puree choice, however it typically does not get a garnish.
