Venetian Spritz
The Italian cocktail that has rapidly been approaching Negroni popularity is an American’s slightly bittersweet palates dream.
If you haven’t heard of the Venetian Spritz, it’s because of Aperol’s dominance in the drink. Known largely as the “Aperol Spritz”, the simple recipe of 3, 2, 1 shows an amazingly delicious, low ABV balanced libation. It was originated in Venice and it’s correct name hailing from that city. Other than Aperol, Select Aperitivo is also an aperitivo that claims the Venetian Spritz as it’s namesake cocktail.
