A classic that has been perfected by Dante NYC, the key to the serve is to have a fluffy juice courtesy of a hand held frother or serious juicer like a Breville. This spins the juice blender-esque which aerates the product at lightning fast speed & brings the drinks texture to a harmonious mouthfeel. 1.5 oz Campari (Or any other Italian red Bitter)

4-5 ounces of Orange Juice

Orange slice

Build in a collins glass, add ice, garnish with an Orange slice and enjoy.
