Negroni Sour

Italy’s very own Sour cocktail, one that is so deserving of getting to know at the party. The one standing in the corner waiting to be asked to dance.

Although people who tend to categorize Campari as a bitter flavor they feel is not to their liking, it being calmed down by the traditional sour build (citrus, sugar & egg white) offers a flexible and versatile cocktail were so happy by its pure existence.

Negroni Sour

2 oz Campari

1 oz Simple Syrup

.75 oz Lemon juice

.25 oz Grapefruit Juice

1 Egg White

Peychauds Bitters (For garnish)

Build in a shaker tin, add all ingredients and dry shake. After dry shaking, add ice, shake and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with Peychauds Bitters for a bitter design garnish.
